We sell 100% authentic fragrances. For hygiene and product integrity, we accept returns on unopened, unused items only—cellophane wrap and original packaging must be intact.
Wrong or damaged item: We will replace or issue a credit after verification.
Opened/sprayed items: Not eligible for return.
To start a return, please contact us with your order number and an unboxing photo/video if the item arrived damaged.
